Plans & invoices
Plans & invoices (/account/billing) is where Owner and Admin manage the team’s plans, add-ons, payment methods and invoices. The sidebar label is the same as the page title. Members do not see this item in the nav and get no links to it from Overview, Brain, Chat, Connections, or Devices. Members who open the URL see Only the team owner and team admins can manage plans and invoices.
If the email is not confirmed yet, Please confirm your email address to unlock all features. with Resend confirmation email. If billing changes are paused, downloads, devices, and invoices stay available.
vord plans
Section titled “vord plans”The vord slot has Basic and Pro seats — see Account, License & Trial. Current prices: vord-app.dev/pricing.
Change plan opens a binding preview (today’s prorated amount and the period-end state) before Confirm change. Review cancellation schedules cancellation at period end; the current plan stays active until that date. Reducing seats below active devices requires revoking devices first.
Manage payment details at Stripe opens the Stripe customer portal when the slot allows it (portalAllowed). Use it for payment method and receipts. In some states the portal is limited to payment details; start cancellation from this page.
Confirm payment is a separate control. It appears only while a billing operation is in action_required and opens the Stripe payment-action URL for that operation.
Subscriptions from the App Store
Section titled “Subscriptions from the App Store”An App Store subscription (bought in vord mobile on iPhone or iPad) is managed and cancelled in your Apple Account settings — or through “Manage Subscription” in the app — not here. Refunds for App Store purchases go through Apple.
With an active App Store subscription, this page reads: “vord Pro is billed through the App Store. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings.” While that subscription is active, a new card subscription cannot be started; that is possible again once the App Store subscription has expired.
If you pay by card here and then take out the App Store subscription in the app, the card subscription ends automatically and the unused part of the current period is refunded to the card pro rata.
Add-ons
Section titled “Add-ons”Add-ons are vord Brain, vord Chat, and vord MCP Hub, booked separately and priced per seat of the carrier plan. There is no separate checkout: book a vord base plan first. Seat changes move the add-on quantity in the same step. The vord MCP Hub can be booked independently of Brain and Chat. See the current prices and Cloud add-on details.
Book / Cancel / Book again run a prorated preview, then apply. Cancelling Brain turns it Read-only until the retention date (90 days after the paid period), then the data is deleted. Chat turns Off when the period ends. After the vord MCP Hub ends, its servers, logins, connections, and personal tokens remain for 30 days without tools; booking it again in that window restores them. After 30 days they are deleted. Permanently unlocked organisations have nothing to book or cancel.

Redeem a code
Section titled “Redeem a code”Redeem a code opens /redeem. Enter the code; a license or discount is applied to the account. Redemptions already on the account are listed on this billing page.
Invoices
Section titled “Invoices”Invoices lists Date, Amount (gross, incl. VAT), and Download PDF. Empty: No invoices yet. Owner and Admin can download team invoices; your own receipts stay available to you.
Invoices are kept after account deletion because of statutory retention.
