The Hub

The Hub at hub.vord-app.dev is the web administration for your vord account. Plans, invoices, team, devices, vord Brain, vord Chat, MCP connections, shared projects, and profile live here. You still read notes and chat in vord.

Anonymous visits to / go to Sign in. Marketing stays on vord-app.dev.

Sign in

Section titled “Sign in”

Open hub.vord-app.dev/login. The card is titled Sign in with Email and Password, then Sign in. Forgot your password? sends a reset link if an account exists. Start free creates an account.

Signup is hub.vord-app.dev/signup (Start free). The 14-day trial starts there with a payment method; the selected plan is charged afterwards unless you cancel first. Password minimum is 10 characters. Confirm the address before you can sign in — see Account, License & Trial.

After sign-in you land on Overview (/account). Language is Deutsch, English, Français, or Español (footer, or Hub language on Profile & security). Sign out is a form in the sidebar footer. Download apps in the sidebar footer jumps to the app downloads on the Overview. Help & docs opens this documentation.

Section titled “Navigation”

The signed-in shell has a sidebar. Under 900 px the menu button at the top opens it as a panel; tap next to the panel or press Escape to close it. The context card shows team name, email, and role.

If your account belongs to more than one team, the context card also shows Switch team: pick a team (listed with its name and your role there) and press Switch. The choice applies to this browser session only; other sessions and devices keep their own choice, and after signing in again the Hub starts with its default team. Every page then works on the selected team, and your rights follow your role in that team, so Plans & invoices and Team settings are only available where you are Owner or Admin. Only teams you are an active member of can be selected; if your membership ends, the Hub falls back to the default team. Forms remember the team they were opened for — if you switched team in another tab in the meantime, the Hub rejects the form and asks you to reload instead of changing the wrong team.

Sidebar label and page title are the same for Plans & invoices and Projects & sharing. Brain and Chat show a status dot in the nav when booked (Active, Read only / Read-only). When not booked, an Add-on label replaces the dot.

Roles

Section titled “Roles”

Every signed-in person is Owner, Admin, or Member of the team shown in the sidebar. The server checks every write. Ownership is currently not transferable.

Admins manage billing and the team like the owner. They cannot change the owner, cannot change their own role, and cannot remove themselves. Ownership is currently not transferable. An owner who wants to delete the account first removes every other member. Deletion stays blocked with You own a team with other active members. until then — see Profile & security.

Admin in the footer is platform staff, not a team admin.
